BNUBS Held the 2026 Graduates Employment Policy Briefing and Mobilization Meeting
Time :2025-11-04

To further promote employment policy awareness, ensure graduates fully understand and grasp relevant employment policies and information, and more effectively formulate job search goals and plans, BNUBS held the 2026 Graduates Employment Policy Briefing and Mobilization Meeting in Classroom 108 of Teaching Building 2 on the morning of October 31, 2025. Over 300 undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral graduates of the School participated in the event. Wang Jun, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and Guo Xueru from the Career Development and Employment Guidance Center of the Department of Student Affairs of the Party Committee attended the meeting. Li Lun, a dual-role counselor of the School, hosted the meeting and delivered a policy interpretation.

Teacher Wang Jun delivered an employment mobilization speech. He emphasized that the autumn recruitment is the "main channel" for students to embark on their careers and a golden opportunity not to be missed. He called on students to attach great importance to it, make early job search preparations, and actively participate. This requires not only active participation in various autumn recruitment activities but also mental "preheating"—taking the initiative to understand the market and analyze industries to better position themselves and find career opportunities that match their abilities. Teacher Wang reminded that job hunting is an experience that may involve setbacks, but as long as students maintain confidence and resilience, good results will eventually reward their perseverance. In addition, he believed that communication and learning among peers are crucial during the employment process. He encouraged students to frequently exchange ideas with friends around them, share job search experiences, learning insights, and resource information—stimulating inspiration through the collision of ideas and discovering opportunities through information sharing. A positive communication atmosphere will help everyone grow and progress together, and jointly respond to employment challenges.

Teacher Guo Xueru gave an employment briefing focusing on the selection of outstanding graduates as civil servants (xuantiaosheng) and civil service examinations. She systematically explained key time nodes in the application process, preparation strategies, and interview skills, helping students fully understand the examination procedures and preparation points. She encouraged students to actively adjust their mindsets to successfully transition from "students" to "professionals", urging them to bravely explore, boldly submit resumes, and not fear trying different opportunities. In addition, Teacher Guo introduced the specific work of the Career Development and Employment Guidance Center, including resume counseling, interview simulations, interview room reservations, employment contact groups, special briefings for xuantiaosheng, and the organization of various job fairs. These services aim to comprehensively enhance graduates’ employment competitiveness, help them better showcase their strengths and abilities during job hunting, respond to various interview challenges, learn from others’ experiences, and provide strong support for a smooth employment.

Teacher Li Lun provided a detailed interpretation of employment policies. He introduced talent introduction policies in some cities in China, major policy-related programs (such as the "Three Supports and One Assistance" program, special-post teachers program, Volunteer Service in Western China program, college students’ enlistment in the military, international organization internship programs, research and administrative assistant positions, and postgraduate recommendation for admission without examination), and other policy initiatives. In addition, he gave detailed answers to common employment issues of graduates, such as employment recommendation forms, employment agreements, household registration and file transfer, and reassignment procedures. He also explained the operation guidelines and precautions for filling in the employment dispatch system.

This employment policy briefing and mobilization meeting comprehensively presented important content for 2026 graduates, including the current employment situation, job search directions, information channels, and key notes. It enabled students to gain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of relevant employment policies and information.
